      动力因素是保障低碳技术创新动力机制有效运行,激发企业创新积极性的关键。在明确低碳技术创新特点的基础上,以EPNR模型为理论基础,分析中国低碳技术创新的动力因素。研究发现:低碳技术创新具有突破性、全球公益性和显著的外部性,导致中国低碳技术创新内外部动力因素的动力效能受限,完善低碳政策是提高低碳技术创新内外部动力因素动力效能的有效途径。
英文摘要:
      Dynamic factors are the key to ensure the effective operation of the dynamic mechanism of low-carbon technology innovation and to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise innovation. On the basis of clearing the characteristics of low-carbon technology innovation, this paper takes EPNR model as the theoretical basis, to analyze the dynamic factors of low-carbon technology innovation in China. It is found that low-carbon technology innovation is radical innovation, and has attributes of global public welfare and externality, which make the dynamic efficiency of internal and external dynamic factors of low-carbon technology innovation in China is limited. Improving low-carbon policies is the effective way to improve the dynamic efficiency of internal and external dynamic factors of low-carbon technology innovation.
