Abstract:Along with transformation of the geology work key from the resources to the resources and the environment, organic contaminant analysis technology has become one new yet important technical support for geology survey and geological scientific research. Organic contaminant analysis techniques mainly contain sample collection and preservation, sample pretreatment and detection. This paper reviews the development and current situation of the organic contaminant test technology in the geological industry, and introduces sample collection and preservation, including testing principles, basic structure, application scope, as well as existing problems, with an emphasis on solid phase extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, GPC, GC and HPLC. Meanwhile the new techniques of full two dimensional gas chromatography, ultra performance liquid chromatography as well as liquid chromatographymass spectrometry are also introduced. More than 40 literatures published on environmental organic analysis in recent years were collected in the article.
