    摘要:

    被国际地层委员会确认的晚泥盆世的３个全球界线层型剖面点（ＧＳＳＰ），都存在严重的问题。Ｚｉｅｇｌｅｒ和Ｓａｎｄｂｅｒｇ（１９９６）提出，要重新考虑这３个晚泥盆世全球界线层型剖面点。

    Abstract:

    There exist serious problems about all the three Late Devonion Glolal Stratotype Section and Points (GSSP) confirmed by the International Commission on Stratigraphy. Ziegler and Sand-berg (1996) proposed that these problems of the GSSP should be reconsidered.
