Based on analysis rocks and geological structures，this paper discuss es the cause of formation of the Jinjiang Valley landscape in the Changbai Mts. and points ou t that the tou rist resources of the west Changbaishan volcanic slope are of highly scientific investigation and sightseeing vaule.
