The paper deals with the log evaluation method for fracture reservoirs and its a pplication. The method includes pretreatment, establishment of interpretation mo dels and log interpretation. It has been used in Xinglongtai area with good effe cts in the evaluation of fracture reservoirs in Mesozoic volcanic rocks . The results have been applied to further exploration and development i n the study area.
