根据《中国地质学会创新基地评选和管理办法（试行）》的规定，经单位推荐、形式审查、线上答辩、专家论证、公示等程序，中国地质学会将对嫩江-黑河浅覆盖区矿产资源勘查技术等19家创新基地进行建设，现将建设的创新基地予以公布（附件2）。
According to the provisions of the Measures for the Selection and Management of Innovation Bases of the Geological Society of China (Trial), the Geological Society of China will build 19 innovation bases, including the mineral resource exploration technology in Nenjiang Heihe shallow overburden area, through the procedures of unit recommendation, formal review, online defense, expert argumentation, publicity, etc. Now the innovation bases will be announced (Appendix 2).
